Hey guys looking for good conversion on this stuff to make as painless as possible. Also could someone PM a good place to get raw dvd's on this as I'm having hard time locating

The best way to make DHB/iTest painless is to throw it in the trash. I remember back in the day when guys were shouting about using this stuff by itself up to 1200mg/week. I tried half that and ended up in the emergency room. That said, I plan to use a 1-Test Cyp starting tomorrow. Its still painful and I would never think about using it by itself again. Just mixing it down with other oils in the stack. But I always keep ibuprofen handy for stuff like this. After the last time I tried Dhb, the ibuprofen was the only thing that got me out of bed.
As for the conversion: 2%BA 20%BB grapeseed oil--good for a 250mg/ml that won't crash.
