If you sell recipe make sure I get a cut bitches
11/4 cup warm 120* water
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 tsp bread yeast.. Little packets have 2tsp..
Stir up in stainless large 12" bowl to make dirty looking water
Add 3 cups "bread flour" I use 1/2 white and 1/2 whole wheat ..
Stir with fork till you need to get your clean hands in and mix , knead , to thoroughly blend now if your dough is super sticky sprinkle a little flour in till dough does not stick to a finger when poked.. Get it??
Roll into ball.
Place ball on plate and cover with plastic wrap to rise. Maybe 2 hours .. Depends if you live in Texas , Florida , Wv , NJ as to air temp..
Once risen..remove ball and dust with flour and flatten to 1/2 inch thickness
Using dough knife (square metal blunt edge cooking tool) cut flattened dough into 3 in wide strips.
Then cut each strip crosswise 3/4 inch x 3in wide logs.
Take a log , stretch and make a knot..
Place on greased pan..cook
425* till tan or semi tan.. 10min? Or so
While this is cooking:
Take fresh garlic , like 4-5 cloves , peeled and put through garlic press into small dish..
Add olive oil to make like a frosting
When rolls are cooked place in flat bowl with wax paper and use pastry brush to coat rolls of secret sauce
Sprinkle all with a Parmesan/ Romano blend cheese..
You will be addicted and will want more till you got a gut full of dough..
