Lol! This is just DIRTY!! I was totally unable to defend myself. Silk is getting there, but she's had some ankle problems. I don't know what changed for me in the last several months, but short of a serious precontest diet, I don't think I'll ever be under 245 again and my ass is like two basketballs! 2 or 3 meals a day over the last week has really made me feel like crap!
 
LOL!!! I forgot about this. I can do some of that stuff but had to quit :-( It was either weight training or pole stuff and I had to go with weight! I do miss it though
