For all of you who've used MC's IGF

Since you love this stuff, are experienced users and have mastered the dosing etc, could you please share your experience/inputs on using IGF for cutting down?

Personally the idea of using IGF -1lr3 on a carb restricted diet gives me a bed wetting nightmare since I've been getting light headed every day for my last two 3 week cycles while only using 33mcg on a bulk diet lol. Did this happen to you too, how did you manage it?

So if you could share your diet schedule and cardio regime that would be greatly helpful. If you have a log that you can share that would be like sweet early Christmas present :)

But if not then answers to a few key questions as below would also be terrific:-

What kind of IGF you used, what dosage, frequency and duration? How long a break you take before repeating the cycle?

What was your diet like? Macro nutrients in grams, total calories, number of solid and liquid meals, and timing around your shots.

How many days you train in a week, what's your cardio regime like?

Have you mixed IGF with GHRP, GHRH, HGH frag or Lipopeptide for better gains (or losses)? What was the dosing schedule and results?

About yourself, how much you weighed when you started and finished? BF% if known. Any before after pics?

Anything else you find worth mentioning?

This is by no means something you have to follow in your reply. I appreciate the detailed replies but I am equally thankful for brief inputs as well.

wow, lots of Q's. lol its all good. Let me see if I can help.

Time of day I mostly take mine - first thing in morning with breakfest

Dose mcg wise - have used as low as 30 and as high as 400 in a day

I never have felt wierd at any dose, but know it dose effect others, like my training partner.

Its Great for bulking and dieting, Has really brought up my chest with it.

Have used it with the following: HGH, Insulin, GHRP

Have seen guys break through body weight plateus as much as 15-20lbs, just by adding IGF for around 6-8 weeks

Would say 4 weeks is plenty of time in between cycles.

My concern is I get light headed during the day when I am on it. This may be coz IGF stops glucose from entering the cell and forces them to burn fat for energy. This is great but if I cut down too much on my carbs will this pose a risk of hypoglycemia ?

Just wanna be sure before I up my dose and cut my carbs.

Did you use it for cutting, how did you use it? How low were your carbs?

Clean complex carbs, im big into oatmeal to right after i take it i eat a few bags of flavored oatmeal, though they arent very clean carbs with the sugar flavor, u might wanna stick to regular oatmeal or the like

50 grams fat (peanut butter, fish and avocado)

Gives me 2450 cals, about a 1000 cals lower from my current diet.

You think this is good enough for a cut diet on IGF?

yeah you can cut with that for sure, and all your protien is from whole foods? no shakes ect?
 
I was just curious cause i cant eat for shit and I know i couldnt get all my protien through foods, i suck at eating
 
Lol I'm not too different. 4-5 whole meals are most I can do on an average. Thinking of popping aminos between the meals to help things with cutting down and maintain most of my muscles.
Also gonna be doing HGH frag in middle of night and then again first thing in the a.m. Before cardio. Should be interesting
 
No F'ing way, you look upwards of 250 in that pic. How in hell you maintain that kind of size, What am I missing here? Can't believe it
 
The best part of MC IGF is how it will and does bring up lagging body parts. My calves and quads are living proof to this. This shit is by far the best BB supp peroid!!!!!!! Oh yeah, and the results dnt go away after you stop applying.
 
Hey Zeus, could you tell me your measurements before and after on your quads and calves. It will be highly motivational. I have the same lagging body parts. The typical tall guy's problems

I use it preworkout. Like 45 minutes. I only use it on training days

I've done 50 - 200mcg, 100mcg is about all I can handle in the offseason. The pumps are skin splitting

I really love IGF when dieting since it still lets me get a killer pump when I restrict cabs

Thanks for sharing Dude, I know your body weight is similar to mine. What is your diet like while your are cutting on IGF and what's your cardio regime?
