Its all about how young you feel. I'm turning 30 in May and thrre are days I feel older than that and others that I feel like I'm 20 again.

I turned 38 a couple weeks ago. But I still don't feel a day over 37.. lol

as long as you're still able to get a good night sleep you're fine..but it hits you overnight...enjoy this while it lasts...

I feel 33 that's for sure. Having kids, sports, hotels, airports, full time job fatigues me more than my actual workouts.

You and me both bro. I'm 36. my oldest son is 20 and on the deans list studying criminal justice. And my youngest son is 18 and way to damn much like me, lol!!!!

So one is a Law biding Citizen and the other is a Criminal? lmao, just playing brutha! My daughter will be 17 years old this year and driving, which makes me feel old, and my wife is pregnant with twins which are due to be born this June,lol. SO I feel ya!
