Training with chains

I used to train with chains for 2 weeks, bands for 2 weeks, and board presses for 2 weeks on bench and always increased my bench max by at least 25+lbs. I bought a set of 2 35lb chains the other day and cant wait to start traini g with them again we did back tonight and started with pullups using the chains around our necks. Anyone else ever used chains before?
 
Yea I use chains all the time when I bench.. I made a set of chains for the gym I go to.
 
I love chains and bands. Last night I was doing banded dead lifts and then threw chains on too just for fun. Great workout!
 
I use them around my neck for dips on every other chest routine. I like how they really make me tilt forward so I can isolate my chest better. I'll use them with squats sometimes too.
