New members, post up!!!! Don't be shy

I just want to say that we've been having a lot of members sign up here and not post. Guys you don't have to be worried about sharing your cycles or talking about steroids here. You won't get in trouble or be blasted for questions most other boards would consider stupid. We are a big and close community here as you can tell from viewing the site. We welcome our members to be involved and active within the community. We all can learn from each other and we all have different ways of doing things whether it be diet related, training related or just something to help in everyday life.

So again, don't be shy, you can talk about anything safely, we won't make you feel stupid or embarrassed in any way, we'd just like to get as many as we can actively involved!!!!

Welcome to the MC community and I hope to hear from you guys in the future, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask myself or Presser or any of our site reps in case you're not sure what you can or cannot post here....

yes post on up, you wont get the standard ass response of "do some research first" here. if you have a question just ask it and someone will answer it fairly quickly I am certain.

do you really? I wish I spoke atleast Spanish, as My wifes Peurto Rican, but i just speak good old English. What Languages do you speak?

Im lucky to speak english and I'm from Texas so I dont know if it even really sounds like english. LOL

I don't know about what it sounds like, but you can spell and type just fine. It might be the Speak and Spell you're on though lol j/k
