Sushi

LOVE IT..................depending on the time of the day regarding thinking of it as a cheat meal....sashimi with sushi at night.....justified in my head..high protien light carbs..hahah.......

ME AND THE WIFE love sushi but i really like sashimi.but its not that cheap here..but we have found an all u can eat and it includes sashimi.bonus...the last time i went there they took the menu away cuz i kept asking for sashimi...lol...

Never tried it and really don't think I want to. It just looks nasty to me but everyone raves about how good it is , but I don't know lol

This one place where I was in town on business had a place that had "Protein Rolls" and it was amazing. The wrapper was a tofu wrap and just tuna, avocado, salmon and shrimp inside with rooster sauce in it. Best roll I've ever had.

Used to hate it, but now I have developed a taste for it and love it..anything with Avocado in it.

Also, edamame is fantastic..as is Seaweed Salad if you haven't tried it

tons of it around here. My daughters love it. Rice and raw fish, pretty clean high protien meal. Not a cheat meal
in my opinion. You can definitly tell the difference in quality though. The cheaper places get a lower grade of fish.
The places that get top quality, you can difinitly tell in the fish as well as the bill. (price) Had a friend who is a main
fish supplier for the sushi places around here and educated me in the difference. Sometimes I will just hit a neighborhood
place and eat for half the price of a top shelf place. Both good but you can tell the difference in the quality of the fish.
Cheaper stuff aint bad but the good stuff melts in your mouth. Again, to me, not a cheat meal but a high quality protien
low fat meal.

Thats the top shelf quality I was talking about. Little hard to tell without smelling it though but sure looks top grade.
