Im a cyclist so we dont really focus on upper body all that much. I only lift upper body once a week and just do bench, shoulder presses, flys, and pull ups. I do abs twice a week also. So yes, pretty much lifting for strength and to maintain upperbody fitness. Most of my workouts are on the bike and doing legs in the gym. Thats pretty much why i also just go subq. I want to apply intramuscular but i dont really attack a specific body part really hard, other than legs. Do u think pining in quads we be more benificial for legs than subq?
