PreWorkout Puke fest

Anyone else run into problems with pre workouts making them nauseous? I just did back and bis, came home, and puked my brains out. I just bought this pre work out too (Hyde by ProSupps). The only other pre workout I had major problems with in the past was XFit by MHP. I wouldnt consider myself caffeine sensitive either.
 
Yeah theirs a BSN preworkout that made me like this every time I used it and it wasn't the Caffiene as I take that in daily in mass amounts
 
Yes Hyde is no joke. Ive felt the same way somedays taking it. Dont know how many scoops you are taking but I would start with just 1 30 min before workout. I also felt better if I ate a little something before too like 2 scoops of peanut butter.
 
I think I didnt eat enough today in general. I had some natty pb on wheat a few hours later I took one heaping scoop. Maybe I ate to early? Anything else I would be two, three scoops lol This shit is crazy. Two hours later and Im still laying on couch nauseous. I feel like a bitch :(

im gonna have to get me some of that lol ive heard good thing about it on other sites but have yet to know anyone to have used it. which brings me to I trust most the folks on this site I don't think anyone would intentionally steer me wrong. let us know how it feels after you eat a little more

I've never had any problems with any preworkout, most of the problems I've ever encountered have been from a lack of food or the wrong type of food (too fatty). It may just be a case of not enough food, but whenever I get nauseous I just take in a little sugar and I'm fine.

Its defiantly worth the purchase.
I think it was a food issue. That and the gym I go to doesn't have any air...
Hopefully i wont have any residual puke flash backs tomorrow hah
 
ive heard hyde is strong..i was the looking for the contents online to see whats in-side but the only thing i could see was do not use more then 1 scoop..how much did u use...maybe u over done it..

edit i found what i was looking for..it has 400mg of caffiene and (dmaa)1-3 Dyherpaderp whatever its called. i would say it was this that made u feel sick..jfyi...dmaa is banned (like i care but u might)...and has been liked to some deaths in the uk from over use..

The FDA issued a warning on April 11th against use of DMAA (1,3-dimethylamylamine) in energy drinks and supplements. The FDA has received 86 reports thus far associated with weight loss and muscle building supplements containing DMAA since 2007. These are voluntary reports from health care providers and consumers linking DMAA use to seizures, arrhythmias, heart attacks, strokes, panic attacks, and deaths, along with exacerbation of psychiatric conditions. There is no cause and effect relationship-only an association at this time.
DMAA is essentially an amphetamine-like compound, and a research letter to JAMA Internal Medicine in 2012 called for a ban on the compound. It is known in higher doses to elevate blood pressure, and could be especially dangerous in patients with known hypertension.

I dont mind using banned products, It seems like every time something works they take it off the shelf.
On that note, I only used one scoop! It was an eating issue. I dont think I had enough in my system for my body to process it.
 
Yeah I have mr. hyde and hyde and mr. hyde doesn't do shit compared to hyde. I made the mistake one day of drinking a monster energy drink and then mixing a hyde, thought I was gonna have a heart attack.

The first time I took it I had to run a mile to calm down..... AFTER LEG DAY. Shits nuts, and Im not a cardio bunny like that.
I'm about to do chest and Im considering just drinking Karbolyn for today lol

Yes, It makes my lips tingle! I kinda like it thought..... dont judge me hahahah

About the clumping, This product is HORRIBLE when it comes to that. Mine is already clumping! My house is always cold too (Im always dying from heat). It still works though...
 
try mixing it with Gatorade, I find that with pre work out supps this sometimes helps...

Second that Bro. My preworkout is 16oz of black coffee and igf. And the pumps are crazy.
 
So hows the Hyde working out for you now? Are you over the preworkout sickness?
 
Dps nutrition still stocks it I think. Make sure its Hyde and not Mr Hyde the dimethylmalmine has been banned in Hyde I guess they just selling off the stock
