Whats up with Instagram? I cant post from my laptop??

So is Instagram just for cell phones? Cause I logged into a new account I started for MC and I cant do anything with it from my laptop? But my wife said she was able to post pics on it from her cell phone, as she signed us up for the account cause she loves instagram and she thought it might be good for MC but i cant figure out how to work it?

yeah, you can only view pics on your lap top. Ipad has a sweet app for it, much better than the actual instagram ap. Dude, an MC account? that's freaking awesome!
