Best tricep exercise I have tired in a long time

I have tried just about everything but my arms won't grow much past 17.5, well minus synthol. I found a new tricep exercise and Im seeing some major growth. I take the rope and knot it. I raise the cable system up to shoulder height, pull the rope across my body and with my arm at a 90 just straighten it. I hope you can visualize this. I make sure and use really good form and I get probably the best tri pumps Ive ever had. Give it a shot.
 
JT, you should post a photo of this if you can. I think I understand it, but I'm not sure.
 
One arm at a time right? Think I know what you are saying. Post a pic tho for those who might not

I'd like to see this as well. Are you saying to start the move from the opposite shoulder (front delt) and pull across and down for the squeeze??

Had a buddy show me this years ago. Get an amazing flex at the end. I like to hold it to really feel the tri knot up. Feels good. Great for cutting.
