Poundstone is one massive dude. I think he is about 6' and 400 lbs.

funny thing is u really dont realise how big they are when they are competing together..but man u see them nxt to a normal dude..are u are like wtf....but yeah poudstone is massive..

He doesn't have much bf normally believe it or not. I've seen him in low double digits before and he's a freak of nature!

The size of some of these guys is amazing. Brian Shaw is 6' 8", 440 lbs. Another guy with a Swedish name is 6' 9", 420 lbs. Another guy from the US is 6' 6", 400 lbs. It seems like you have to be way over 6' and around 400 lbs. to win this.
