Anyone going to or competing in the 2013 Continental USA?

Its next Saturday, yours truly will be in the geriatric class (masters over 50) plus my PT talked me into competing in the Mens Open too (get my ass kicked). Its in Ottawa IL, near Chicago. Its been 23 long yrs since I stepped on stage. Then I have a tentative show, the NPC North Star in the Twin Cities the next weekend then finally the Chicago Ironman Nov 2. All three of these are national qualifiers. Gonna start de-carbing Monday, so this should be really interesting week LOL!

If your the praying type, say one for me....I need it!!

Thanks Bro, my PT thinks that even at my age (53) that I can finish in the middle of the pack in the open, although I have doubts. He thinks I'll be in the top 3 for the Masters. I just want to qualify for Nationals next yr in Pittsburgh. Yes the experience of doing both classses after being retired is priceless.
