Phil Heath on TNA Wrestling

havent watched wrestling since the Rock was there, but this looked like it was fun

Funny that this came up.

The first time I've met Phil was before the 2012 O and he was a few weeks out. I was in town on business and bought my week pass and the guy at the counter said Phil was in the back doing legs and told me to go say hi. I said I didn't want to bother him but thanks. About 10 minutes later Phil came to me and introduced himself and said to always say hi no matter where he is. There is a big difference of saying hello and invading someones space. Ever since then I've grown to admire him a lot more.

Now fast forward to the movie, yeah they made him out to be an ass. I follow Jerry Ward on youtube and he mentioned a few weeks ago about how he thought Generation Iron was staged as Phil being a jerk. He also said that he sees a WWF set up between Kai and Phil to attract more fans.

I hope it doesn't start turning into scripted plot.

Not sure what to think. I used to love wrestling when it was junk yard dog and rowdy pipper but I can't stomach to watch the trash these days, its like a fucking soap opera.

i agree its all about the drama, but it was probably a shock for some of those fans who think their favorite wrestler is "huge"

I agree that today's pro wrestling has way too much out-of-the-ring drama going on. The Rock was awesome though.
