Hello guys
I am slowly coming out of injury. Slip disk in the neck.
no gym for the last 2 months. Frustrated and depressed as hell. Drinking 3-4 times a week. Started smoking a little. Need to get back on track or I fear things will spin out of control
Anyways the reason for the post I need to get back all the lost muscle ASAP. Just not ready for any rational suggestions.Plz understand my situation.
I was planning a short burst 2 or 3 week cycle and then 1 week pct.
week 1-3
50mg dbol + 50 mg adrol synergy
test prop maybe 800-1000 mg per week
not sure whether to add tren200 for the 3 weeks.
PCT: clomid + nova 1 week
I have all the gear in hand. Test prop, tren 200, dbol, adrol and super dmz 2.0
all quality stuff. I was planning for a big cycle and this injury ruined everything.
My friend was suggesting a 2 week insulin + dnp + maybe 400mgs test prop a week. Have 1 cycle experience with insulin. Used it smartly and saw huge gains last cycle. My buddy is currently in day 11 of this 2 week cycle and the progress in unmatched.
So my post is to request some suggestions.
Will start the cycle after 1 week of gym so that I will get some momentum.
Stats:
Age 28
6ft
lifting for 4 years seriously now
before injury weight was 204. Now 190
Diet: vegetarian. Bf% now maybe 18%
