A friend of mine who is a doctor says that 1/2 iu/day of GH is enough to double a person's GH levels, so my question is, why does 4 iu/day seem to be the minimum amount I see bodybuilders taking? If it helps, here's where I stand: 26, 218lbs, 9%bf, have done 2 solid cycles and am staying on a low dose of test right now (350mg/wk) until I decide what to do next. My last cycle was decent, but I didn't concentrate on eating enough and I didn't lead the cleanest of lifestyles on the weekends. It seems like I've hit a wall regardless of that though, and I need some opinions on what amount of GH would be beneficial without driving me into bankruptcy. I usually subscribe to the "less is more" theory and was thinking of going with 1-2 iu/day - what do you guys think?
