The nutrition industry is a $28 billion & that is my conservative estimation. Well, if we pay, we should be able to play! As a customer or consumer we deserve the best, because we are paying for it. It is that simple.
How can you tell a product is good or great?
You can't take it with a 1000 other products & think wow it is awesome! But the problem with that is some products work better with other products BUT they should still hold their own UNLESS made with the intent of binding with another product.
In this post I am going to put what products I think are awesome. I don't like to bad mouth any product but I may say I prefer this over that.
So I have decided to stick to what I have done try a product by itself first. So even with my torn bicep I have decided to not mix a bunch of stuff together.
Why?
It just isn't fair to the great products.
It is too much leeway to the shit products.
Why do I feel I am a good example?
A. I don't have good genetics.
B. I have been in a wheel chair.
C. I have weighed 345lbs at 5'8 with 40% body fat I think & 52 waist.
D. I now have a torn distal bicep.
I am now 185, completed a marathon & overall great shape. But it is a struggle.
So I invite you to share on this post a product that you think is awesome. Put the title in the header & discuss why.
But make sure you are able to truly show that the product is awesome & you are testing properly especially if you are a genetic freak.
Why?
I have a friend who is is a genetic freak. I gave him a 90 day supply of a placebo water pill with fancy bottle, box, and cool blue & red pill.
He put on 15lbs of pure muscle & wanted to put an order in. That's why!
He just decided to work harder & his body took over!
I will also share products for rehab, to help in the gym, running whatever else. Why not? Let's help each other. Instead of together being fouls.
