im one month and growing like crazy, weight has gone from 206 to 223 with little bloat and less water than i thought i would hold, legs and calves have grown great, so has my back and shoulders, my chest has always laged but is starting to build, but my arms have not really grown much? idk why and now i feel like my back and shoulder out power my arms but oh well, good excuse to hit arms more haha

Looking good brother. Thats a nice jump too. What are you running to get these results? Ive been off a good 16 weeks now and I had gotten my weight up to 218 at one point and now im back down to holding around 206. Im gonna be jumping back on in 2 weeks and hope to see some great gains like you have.

of course he would notice, lol. but not all bodyparts will grow at the same rate unfortunately, just like my legs and shoulders will blow my arms out of the water you get a gift and its not always what you want but you do your best to make it all even. and that's a nice increase in a month.

Looking great, bro. I wish I responded to dbol like that. I always get the arms before the chest and back. What's your routine like for chest/back?
 
im doing
mon : chest 4 exercises / tris 3 exercises front and side shoulders 1 exercise each / 1 calve exercise
tue : back 4 exercises / bis 3 exercises rear delts 1 exercise plus shrugs/ forarms
wed : LEGS!!!!!! + calves
thur : chest 2 exercises / tris 3 exercises / front and side shoulders 2 exercises each/ forarms
friday : back 2 exercises / bis 3 exercises / rear delts 2 exercises / 1 calve exercise
ya i liked the dbol, i got bloated the first week but that kinda ent away, but week four i almost felt like it was wearing off? was i just getting used to it?
 
^^^ lol actually she put one on mine lol but i figured if someone would actually marry my dumb ass i should probably take advantage of it haha jk but ya man i couldnt be happier :)
