Lagging body part training...

My biggest lagging muscle were my shoulders and I was always bummed to train them because it seemed as though no matter what I did, they wouldn't show any progress. So I changed my shoulder routine up tremendously and now I've seen huge improvements (MC IGF has been huge for me) and now my favorite body part to train are shoulders. MY legs used to be my favorite thing to train because they grew like crazy, but now I'd much rather train shoulders over anything else.

I love making progress and it's surprising to me that I now love training shoulders because I seriously absolutely hated training them and now it's pretty much the only day I really look forward to anymore. I get into every workout, but I get really pumped and focused to train shoulders now. Anyone else bring up a lagging part and then loved to train it?
 
Man, I hate my legs!! I've been dealing with some major lower back issues as well as my spine/neck and my legs have really been a weak point. I am about to be on the MC IGF train as soon as Presser ships it out to me. I am hoping that with using the IGF in my quads and my traps will help bring up my lagging body parts. I am also very hopeful that the IGF will help regenerate and heal some nerve and tendon issues as well.
I had C5-C6 removed and replaced with titanium baskets 4 years ago. So, I'm going to start my injections in my quads and traps. I think. Unless someone has reason to talk me out of it.....

Applying to the traps may be fun, there's a lot of nerves up there so be careful with that, but you should be fine otherwise
 
Closer to the neck or closer to the spine?? Don't wanna fuck up. Plus I have hardware from C4-C7.
 
Just apply to the middle, don't go close to the neck, and you should be okay.

Much appreciated bro.... I got mine in today while I was at the gym. So, I just applied to each quad about 2 hours post workout. I cant wait to start seeing how this stuff starts working....;)
 
There is a shit load of nerves that run under the traps and down under the shoulders.

Thanks brother. I definitely want to be as careful as possible. This shit is no joke!!! Definitely the real deal!!!!
