About DMZ

I have been bashing DMZ for awhile now for causing my elbows to hurt and im not sure that it is what caused it. I told the Dr. about what I was using and he said that it shouldn't have caused tennis elbow or golfers elbow. He went on to tell me that it was from over excursion and over use. Im not sure if he's right or not because its only happened to me after taking DMZ. Unless the DMZ was making me stronger and I was lifting heavier than I should have and over excursion occurred. Fuck I don't know. I have 2 more packs of DMZ and was going to front load my next cycle with it. What do you guys think?

do you take fish oil? its a must for me especially with a dry compound and if i miss a day or two its "irritating"

also i got to warm up im not as young as i once was and go into the gym and just lift heavy weight

when im making huge strength gains it takes a toll on ligaments and joints they cant catch up as quick

Yeah taking fish oil and some other stuff he suggested. I've looked up a few exercises to do to streghten the week spots that cause tennis elbow

DMZ will dry you as bad as WINNY,Its awesome for strength ( better than winny ) but my elbows ache for a couple weeks after I stop.

DMZ has been great for strength gains for me, but I'd say it dries up my elbows and knees pretty badly. I notice it every time I use it.

so I found some super dmz pills in my cabinet and running n the end of my cyce and holy hell! dmz & exsteme halo is insane! only one each , im sure 100mgs tren, 100mgs prop and 100mcgs mc igf helps but I notice the change after adding the dmz

Nice! I've yet to try those products but wouldn't mind trying them out

DMZ made me tired all day and dried out my joints a bit, but as long as your careful you should be good. Personally I liked it. I don't remember how much weight I gained, but it was a good amount

Its sucks that it drys my joints out too. I have 3 more packs and wont use them. I wanted to hop on a cycle here soon but im not gonna front load with dmz again.

Try just msten and pound the fish oil. I know your doc said that basically steroids shouldn't cause dry joints, but we know that isn't true. I did dmz for 9 days and got the flu but in those 9 days gained 8 lbs and looked like a fucking animal. I didn't have any joint pain though.

You'd be one of the lucky ones then. I thought I was imagining it, but sure enough, I'd go off of it and I'd feel fine. The next time I use it, elbows and knees ache. I'd say if you're naturally more hydrated, then you wouldn't feel it as badly.
