Incline 2x12
Standing Military 1x12, 1x10, 1x8
Side Laterals 1x16, 1x12, 1x8 dropset
Rear Delt Swings 2x30
Concentration Curls 1x10, 2x8 dropset
EZ Bar 3x12

Day 2
Squat 1x12, 1x10, 2x8 dropset
Stiff Leg Deads 1x12, 1x10, 2x8 dropset
Weighted chins 1x16, 1x12, 2x8
Smith Machine Rows 3x10 dropset
Shrugs 1x16, 1x12, 2x10 dropset
Narrow Grip Bench 1x12, 1x10, 2x8
Cable Press Downs 3x12 dropset
Calves 3x12

Day 3
Weighted Dips 1x16, 1x12, 2x8 dropset
Incline 2x12
Upright Rows 1x12, 1x10, 1x8 dropset
Face Pulls 1x20, 1x16
Hammer Curls 1x12, 1x10, 1x8 dropset
Concentration Curls 2x12

Day 4
Deads 1x12, 1x10, 1x6
Superset Leg Curls and Extensions 2x12
Weighted chins 3x12
One Arm Rows 1x12, 1x10, 2x8
Shrugs 1x12, 1x10, 2x8 dropset

thats a different routine brutha, have you run through a week or so of it yet or just now starting it?
 
Thats one tough routine, looks like training triceps biceps everyday, a lot of muscle groups will be hit 4 times week, But depends on what your going for, stamina and cutting up or building muscle, for me it would be too much I would split a lot of those up or just switch a few around. But, again Just my opinion bro, you may grow like a beast on that, but me, Id be dead by day four.... Ha ha.

I haven't done this yet. The only one I've done is day 3 and I did that on Thanksgiving with my old training partner. This is the routine he's doing and I thought it'd be nice to be on the same page when we start training together again next month.

The day 3 routine was rough and he told me that it is probably the easiest day of the 4 so this should be fun. I'd expect these workouts to take every bit of an hour by myself
 
you have it all planned out a month in advance lol, damn holidays are killing ya ay!
 
Fuck these holidays, it's all I can do just to get to the gym yet alone get a good workout in. Most of them are just me going through the motions. It's hard to get anything going when it's all you can do to open your eyes in the morning
