Elbows still bothering me

Been a month since Ive hit the gym. I've been to an orthopedic Dr. and he gave me an oral steroid and said that should clear my tennis and golfers elbow up but it didn't do shit. I've been taking alieve like tic tacs, also taking glucosamine and fish oil 3 times daily and no help. Fuck I don't know what else to do. Supposed to start doing a little boxing tonight and im scared to even try that only that it may make it worse. Fuck getting old sucks lol.

I think that a mistake a lot of people make is that after the cycle-the deca is so slow releasing that it kills the sex drive because the test is out of the system but the deca is still lingering

Thanks for the info guys. Im wearing my regular elbow wrap today to see if it helps. Its hard for me to take it easy with the work I do so it never gets rest. Id love to start another cycle with deca to see if it helps but my wife has scheduled a full physical for me in Feb and want to be pretty clean.
