It hasn't been even a week since I had surgery. And I'm going nuts setting here doing nothing. You can only watch so much TV. And then my wife gets to go workout without me. WTF !!!!

Ouch! That looks painful. Hope you have a speedy recovery. Did your doc say no working out for 2-3 weeks? If it was me and I could get around with crutches, I'd be in the gym after a week no matter what the doc said. The way I see it, no reason to not train the upper body for 2-3 weeks.

I agree with bigZ and Defmetal as I'd be in there doing upper body or at the very least keeping cock hounds like me away from your wifey lol . Seriously though I wish you a speedy recovery brutha!!!

Im going to start do upper body monday. The doc said he didnt care. The wife thinks im crazy tho. Lol

Reminds me of when I broke my humerus bone(upper arm) in half. I had a cast for six months. I was still in the gym lifting with one arm. lol. Man that had to look funny.

Nothing like one 16" arm and one 19" arm. Lol. If it was up to me I would be at the gym now. But happens to be my right ankle and I can't put no pressure on it to use the gas pedal. And I live 15 to 20 miles from the gym

Ya might not be the safest thing trying to drive with the left foot. lol

I love the way we are like brothers here looking out for each other and spouses. lol Gotta say
pretty cool scar though.

Didn't you say that your wife was going to the gym? She can drive you.

Yes she does. but she would have to drive 20 miles back home. The gym is on her way home from work.

Yeah being out sucks, I broke my ankle in 6 places a few years back and was out of work for 3 months try that while owning your own business glad I had good help or I woulda went broke. Fuck I was in the hospital a week and on my couch the rest of the time. The wife moved a small microwave and fridge in the living room and I played fucking games for hours. It got to the point I wanted to shoot myself I was so bored. Lost almost 30 lbs too. Hopefully you will recover much quicker.

That's rough Bro. You are close though and the rest will probably be good for you. I haven't been in about 2 months I think and I haven't even had my surgery yet...
I've stayed pretty lean though and haven't dropped below 240 so far
