so Ive upped the dose to 50mcg igf to each bicep. See how that goes. Biceps are noticeably bigger already after a week of use. Cant wait to see what long term will do for me.
 
IGF is the shit....cant wait til after first of year to start it back up.....pumps and vascularity are insane!
 
Got alot to do today and legs is one of them. Never went this high before but im gonna apply 100mcg each quad. See how it goes. Hope I feel like dragging tree trunks around. Lol
 
Goodness, those seem like high dosages. How long have you been using IGF? Have you worked up to those dosages? MC's IGF is so powerful, I've never needed to try such a high dosage.

Well went from 50 a day tottal to100mcg tottal except for legs. Wanted to try 100 each. But I think I will stick with 50 a day tottal. Seems to be doing the trick.

Upped the test 200 last week so all together gtg. Pumps like crazy. Even while im just at work. Had to hit the letro a little harder. Had a little soreness come on if ya know what im sayin. Been lazy and skipping out on the letro. Gonna have to make it a habbit like the rest. Shit I need a calender for all the supplements schedule. Lol

lol, i was gonna crack on ur flip phone in my last reply in this thread, but figured it was a bad idea,lol, seen it in mirror of ur pictures posted lol, it is about that time brutha! You dont know what ur missing if you havent used a smart phone yet as ur own, i work from mine about 40% of the time

Been a while since last update. Been busy as hell. Biceps are coming along good but I think the triceps are coming along even better. Feel like my arms are a massive improvement. Just wanted to add since running igf ive been applying to abbs daily and my abbs have never looked bigger. Leaning out with my cycles and carb cycle but still not as lean as I need to be but even not being ripped my abbs just protrude and stick out like crazy. Been running 100mcg for last couple weeks. Gonna start hitting the biceps again. I need more lol
