Hey guys,

I just started a nice long cut. I am going to be running the following:

Test E 500
Mast E 400
MC IGF 120 mcg/day

I am wondering if anyone here has ran a similar cycle and what results you had in xxxx amount of time.

42 yrs old
185 lbs at 13% BF
Training consistently 2 yrs / Off and On before that since High School

My goal is to get below 10%BF while maintaining around the same weight..

Thanks,
Austin

You're definitely not going to waste away.

It doesn't sound like you're asking for advice, unless the same cycle was used? IGF-LR3 needs to be cycled a few weeks on/off. Your receptors will build a tolerance.

If you do a high intensity on off sprint type of cardio for 25 min. 3 days a week you should be there..but then again your diet has to be really good for that to work. I'm a t3 kind of guy.

I guess my question is how to drop the BF without dropping to many lbs. My diet is good, but my cardio could use some work. Sprinting gets to be a little much for my left knee. Old Baseball injury. I'll be glad to consider any advise.

Couple things I'd suggest:
First, throw in some hill sprints or sled pushing or just plain sprinting after legs and back days. You will be shocked how much even 15 minutes of high intensity sprinting will do for reducing bf. Second, throw in an ecay stack first thing in the am with jumping rope for 15 minutes. And lastly I'd suggest that when your fat burning plateaus throwing an oral in for 4-6 weeks and eating 1500 cals ed with cardio 5 days a week. This should get you down to the 6-7% range if you stick to it.

A low Impact modification, is key for working-out with a baseball injury. Few minutes of high intensity inclined treadmill On/Off will do wonders.

Agreed i also like HiiT on a push bike..dont sprint for shit...but can go like a bat outa hell on that bike..great for knee's low impact high intensity..igf eca..boom and the fat is gone..just sucks doing it 3-4 times a week..i could never get that low b/f to lazy..2 times max for me..but i still loose the gut just doing it twice..ive just started eca igf for my xmas gut hoping to get my gut gone before my next cycle in feb..might not make it its the 15th already..

I've done a cycle similar to that except it was tren ace at 75mg EOD instead of masteron for about 12 weeks. It put lean muscle on me, weighing around 208 at 10-11% bf going to the same weight at 8-9% bf and at about the same age as you.

What do you have planned for your diet? That's more crucial than the cardio IMO.

IGF does need to be cycled, but typically not until about 8 weeks, but no reason to cycle off if it is still working for you. Everyone responds differently to it, more so than AAS so you have to find what works for you.
