I need help !

I am 31 years old 6"ft 270lbs. I recently started a interval cardio work out 5 days a wk while consuming 2000 calories a day. I have also added a whey protein shake for am and post workout plus a casein protein shake before bed. This week I have added a sustanon 250 cycle for 10wks and intend to follow up with 8wks of winnie. My plan is to shed 30lbs while hopefully staying toned and not get all saggy. Can some one tell me am I one the right track ? Or is this wrong ?
 
I'm assuming your body fat might not be so low. Adding a sustanon 250 to your weight loss goals is not gonna turn out good for you. You will get fatter......you would literally have to have really good response to hormones and be on a really strict diet. I'm mean stricked diet.

Im not sure what's your bf Is or cycle history or years lifting and working out. But I'm just gonna assume its not all up to par. Meaning your a begainer. I would focus on learning as much about diet eating clean nutrition facts as possible. Researching and putting together a good work out program and then after a couple of months of focusing on getting natural results look into researching aas for begainers. Winny IMO is the not very good at shearing pounds if your a begainer. It works but not the way you would think you'll end up hurting yourself and suffering from the post Injections.
 
I know that's not the answer or help you were wanting to hear but it's the truth. You would benefit more from clean diet and running an ECA stack.
Stay away ape from test for now, and winny. A t3 clen would be the most I'd Run in the phase your in.

When you lose the weight and your body fat is brought down as low as you can get it the. Add your aas. Your body will benefit more from the aas when your leaner. Better response to the hormones. And you will see more of the gains as you cycle.

Csuperman said it, clen and ECA stack. Talk about energy. If you don't have energy running that stack you ain't human. You will have more than enough energy and drive to burn the weight off your wanting. Quickly too.

ECA is ephedrine caffeine and an aspirin all together. Combined with clean diet good work out program your metabolism energy levels will shoot up. Insurance might take a hit but for what your wanting to accomplish its the way to go IMO bro. Search on line I think some of the sponsors have an ECA available.

have you had your test levels checked? i started HRT at 30 because same reason of no drive or energy

Yes I have he says my test levels are low but the main problem is that I am insulin resistant. Meaning instead of using the insulin my body produces it sits in my system and causes me to feel hungry and crave.
Which causes extreme weight gain. I am on glucophage which helps but I want my body back i've always been in shape this has just happened in the last few years.

ok some smarter people than me will chime in on that but if you feel bad and he said you have low T levels i would go see a specialist wait thats exactly what i did and got prescribed 100mg test c a week and my levels stay between 600-800 (tha shit) instead of 290's (sucks balls) unless you want to for sure have kids in the future and even if you do get on HRT you can still have kids
 
Im on HRT and I get 300mg test every 2. Plus what I add in but if you want to run test start with test E. 100 mg week. You should feel it kick in within a couple weeks. More energy, sex drive. Its not enough to cause weight gain unless your a coutch potato. You should lean out with moderate exercise. Dont run SUS. the first go. Its more for people who stop responding to CYP. Or E. But do more research on this for yourself. And remeber at your age once you start, your on forever. If your low anyway it wont matter about PCT. You can run this with an ECA stack and cut down quick. But you could always just run the caff. and asprin. Also do more research on clean eating. You could look up keto dieting. I will work very fast if done properly. Very hard to maintain for the faint of heart. Stop eating out. Eat more meat and greens. Limit fruit to an apple or 2 a day. That should give you a good start. Thats my input.
 
I would not take t3 at all. Clen yes. But not t3. It will be very catabolic if u take it while low on test. Mayne even so if your test levels are normal. You need higher test levels to combat the catabolic state it will put you in. It made me hurt really bad when I did a cycle of it. I think it caused more damage than good. Just go get on HRT and when the dr is finished with follow up blood works and such he will tell you that he is no longer needing to do blood work and continue to give test to u. Then u can do a cycle of test if you think u must. But try hrt first and you will see great results if u are low.
 
As others said ECA stack would be key on losing weight as well as a strict diet. You also could try IGF from the Muscle Chemistry store it also helped me shed a few pounds and get more vascular.

You need to lose more weight before you get into any supplements (other than whey)

You insulin resistance will get better if you lose weight. TRUST ME

For now I would suggest a Ketogenic Diet or a Paleo Diet to get that insulin resistance under control
