What would you guys recommend as a preworkout for a teenage? i dont really want to give him all that caffeine in most of the stuff now days so is there anything without it or that has a low amount?
i let my 13 year old try some purple wraath but he didnt notice a difference. check into the intraworkouts they have so many new ones these day i would think they could be helpful

yeah thats a tough one, i would just have a teen carb up like a mother fucker, and maybe a cup of coffee, but i don't think i would give them anything crazy
