surfing enhancements

I am 41 years old and need to keep my weight/strength ratio as low as possible because surfing is my favorite thing to do. I am doing cycling for my legs and weight training for my upper body and trying to keep my diet as strict as possible. My question is since I am currently taking Sustanon I wanted to know what is the safest thing to stack that with to keep me as lean as possible.

I think the sustanon is plenty for what your looking to do.

You should incorporate real compound lifts like squats and deadlifts
This will put that Sust to good use. As you gain more muscle you will lean out as well.
 
yeah I was curious why weights were ok for the upper body but not the lower body, but figured it was some surfing thing i know nothing about, maybe he needs to keep his agility or keep his legs skinnier for surfing? not sure why either but good question!
 
i would just stick to what you have you may want to incorporate some cardio as well so that all that paddling out is easier on you, you will stay lean by diet not gear.
