Hey guys

As the title says I'm the guy guy, name's Mikail.

I'm based in the UK and have been training for a few years now.

I'm just a recreational lifter though and have never competed in any shows.

Anyways you guys got some serious AAS knowledge here especially on brewing which I'll be tapping into.

I hope to contribute where I can and learn..... and get you guys used to British humor.
