I'm sure a lot of you use different brands of protein, Im curious if any of you have tried GNC's Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 POWER or RIPPED versions?

Of all the proteins I have tried I like it and seem to be able to keep it down easier than other brands. I will usually do 1 scoop of Power and 1 scoop of Ripped after workout and breakfast. Just curious is anyone else has used it and your thoughts...
 
It's been years since I've even stepped in a GNC yet alone used anything from there. I stick to a particular brand(s) once I find stuff I like. I'm hooked on The Supplement Outlet's protein from Human Evolutions. I've still got a 12lb bag from ON, but I've been using the Human Evolutions protein I won in an auction here

I read a break down of protein qualities lately and gnc was at the bottom of the list next to Gaspari. ON 100% gold standard, dynamatize iso 100 (expensive) and met-rx were at the top. I'd stick with whey or protein blends from those brands.

where did you read that bro? I wouldn't mind having that ranking list posted here some place
 
Seems like a good post workout protein. All fast absorbing protein. Personally I wouldn't buy something with so much shit in it. I've never seen a protein with thermogenics and caffeine in it. This would be great for right when you wake up and post workout. If you take this post workout you better eat a real meal within an hour cause this has no medium or slow absorbing protein whatsoever. No carbs either. Man this is definitely for losing weight or cutting. Just add some maltodextrin to it if you want to add some size. Post workout is the only time and best time to consume simple sugars. Gotta replace those glycogen levels....;)
 
That chart just lists protein by the percentage of protein....not quality or type of protein. Of course the mass building proteins are gonna be on the bottom because they are loaded with sugar maltodextrin and fat. Still a good reference though for the different kinds of protein.
