Guys I am havig the worst time trying to get rid of the fat on my stomach. It's wierd but I'm grainy hard every where except my abs. And it's the top of the abs not the bottom. It wierd. Usually it's the other way around. From the belly button up I'm soft to the bottom of my chest. I can feel the fat in there it's not just water.

My diet is on point any ideas?

I am utilizing circuit training 2 times a week on my off days. Its really working wonders on this area brother!!

Here's the circuit :

Squats with bands as low as possible X 30
Right cross / Left cross X 1 min
Uppercut Right/Left X 1 min
Run in place X 1 min
One leg hops (right leg X 2, left leg X 2) X 1min
Run in place X 1 min
Squats with bands X 30

Rest 2 min, Repeat X 5 or more

Peace,
Austin

I'm only on tren and bold, igf, and provirone. Nothing else. Dieting hard, haven't had a good tasting meal in 10 days. And it was sushi.

Was thinking of adding some t3

alcohol goes striaght to the fat under your chest. You indulge in the party time as of late.?

no bro, I don't drink what so ever. I'm affraid to do more cardio and end up losing size. I'm 215 at the moment. Don't want to be to much smaller. I can down from 240, in about two weeks. I lose weight very quick naturally. But hold I to sub fat

Dude I did a weight loss fitness competition and lost 72 lbs in 94 days. At points I was eating 350 calories a day. I would look at the scale and it wouldn't move. I would be like..."That's impossible I've eaten 2000 calories in the past 6 days. A lot of lentils by the way. Anyway just keep your head down and put one foot in front of the other. That belly fat is the last to go remember. I just stuck to my diet and eventually finally boom. The scale moves like an avalanche. It's like your body just holds on and clings to that fat for dear life untill finally it just gives in. It's almost like you burn the fat and your body replaces it with water to keep the weight then after a few more days the body releases the water finally. Seems like a 2 stage process to me.

How lean are you exactly? It's hard to give advise when I can't tell whether you actually look sloppy or are just obsessing over the last bit of fat LOL?

LOL that's what I was thinking next. Maybe he leaned out a little everywhere else and the stomach didn't lean out yet. Maybe you need to eat a little more good fat?
CLA and ALA are supposed to help. Or a tablespoon of olive oil uncooked a few times a day. Couple almonds with your meals. Avocado? One of my favorite recipes is grilled chicken salad with avocado and lowfat yogurt instead of mayo.:coollook:

I say keep doing what you're doing. It's obviously working, you just haven't reached your goal yet.

Up your water intake. This will help, imo.

I might be just being impatient. Ill keep plugging away and see in another two weeks what I look like. I justo don't want to lose no more weight

Yes my body fat is 8 percent. Looking in the mirror and judging on pics from other guys. I also had my body fat measured but I never believe the accuracy of those measurements. I'm 8-10. Roughly. No body fat on my back and extremities. Glutes are hard I've never had strait ions until now. They are not bursting out lines but deffinately can see them from top to bottom. Just later of water over glutes and lower back. All my body fat is on my midsection and my shoulders are still have thick skin. I can't get these stubborn spots to thin out. I'm running 5 iu genotropin ever day and 1mg igf. Ill keep plugging away it has to thin out it just has too. I'm thinking of upping cardio and increasing protien too. Hopefully I won't lose muscle.

DMSO with Yohimbine HCL applied directly to the area twice a day is a trick I used. It worked great. I don't know if it dries it out or due to the direct application of brown fat agonist, but it works. Very unpleasant though. Like a monster dose of ephedrine applied to one area if that makes sense.
