Post workout carb source..

Looking for a good post work out carb source. I have been using Pedalite with Glutamine for recovery. I am looking for any suggestions, ideas, or input. I usually consume around a half of a bottle but im getting a little burnt out on it. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
 
It really doesn't matter. Just pick anything processed because it will be sugary. Fruits are probably the healthiest choice. Gatorade works good. Science would say go with glucose. A good post workout product is carbo force by ABB.
 
I bought 50lbs of maltodextrin a few months ago. I actually sell it on ebay if you are interested I'll give you a good price. It goes for around $4.50/lb. You can buy it bulk for like $1 a lb at honeyville farms. Fast ass shipping. Cheap frieght shipping too. I don't know how they do it. If you want a 3lb bag for $10 hit me up. I recently just bought 28lbs of powdered egg whites as well.:thumbsup:
