I dont have deep pockets so I keep my supplements to the bare minimum. Protein powder, BCAA's, mulit vite with trace minerals, flexall, liv-52, fish oils. Im looking for avdice on what I should add or subtract if anything. My concerns are joint, prostrate, liver and kidney maintenance while on cycle. Just tossing this out there to see if I can improve my program..Thanks..
 
yeah i used some prostate stuff OTC but forget what its called, but my piss flow got solo much stronger, so I'm assuming it helped, it had saw palmetto and other stuff in it, and i take all that you mentioned plus Glutamine alone as well,
 
Yeah, I forgot I take Glutamine too. I really need to up my protein intake. I have been having trouble with that lately. Just not eating enough, im hoping the EQ helps me with my appetite..
