Where did I go wrong with TNE brew recipe.

I attempted to brew TNE with the following recipe hoping for 200ml @ 100mg.
20gr Test Base
136 ml GSO
4ml BA
36mi BB
6ml Guialacol

I mixed the powder,BA, BB, and the Guialacol then heated till clear. I added the GSO, heated again and filtered. Cook times were 25 minutes at 225 degrees. My filtration was a Millapore stericup vaccume pump. Everything looked good for about 20 minutes then it crashed and crystalized. Heated it again for another 20 minutes till crystal clear and again it crashed 20 minutes later. I have read every recipe on this site (I think) and was pretty sure that this one was going to work. I did not use EO because it tears me up and from what I read this recipe should have held without it.

Guys, I still have a decent amount of Test Base on hand and I am determined to get this right. I would deeply appreciate any input, good advise, other recipes that I could try.

well the melting point of test base is 311 degrees fahrenheit for one.... i would start there.

Uh the guiacol needs to be around...10% at least to hold. 15% normal

You read the recipe wrong bro
solvent is not guiacol-its polysorbate 80 or peg300

you needed 6ml of poly80 or peg300

I've seen a recipe that is 50/50 eo ang gso, but 100% gso should hold it. It will hold with this receipe...Also read that it will hold with as low as 10% guaiacol for 100mg/ml...100% gso is gtg. Even between 15-20% guaiacol will also hold

well you can just add the guiacol and heat it up to 310 for 10 15 minutes you should be ok.

those are 2 different recipes there. You can just add eo probably as well.
 
you've got 3% guiacol you can just add 24ml of EO and you have 10% EO 90% GSO.

What do you have 25ml of>? guiacol or EO?

It shouldn't be the EO. Most people have the reaction to the high mg/ml in the EO recipes.
Or like 18.5ml of guiacol at least to bring it to 12%

A lot of guys have the bad reactions to EO itself bro, just thought i would chime that in there, as it is the EO specifically that kills me and many others and not the mg to ml ratios
 
Just the Gui. I did not use any EO. It knots me up and I feel like I have mild flu like symtoms. I use some pretty high mg gear and it just knots me up till I can soak in hot water.
 
Hope I don't sound like a dick but I can't help but laugh when guys knot them selves up. Only because I know how bad it is. And the pain sometimes is so bad all you can do is laugh. Lol

dont make such a big batch at one time bro. Just do max 100 ml.
Use a thicker oil too. It will hold better than in gso
use castor oil, or Wesson. Or something thicker.
Trust me it helps when making winny or TNE in oil.

2%ba
will hold and not be painful.
 
Thanks MrBigz. Your not being a dick, I have been a human pin cushin for a long time. I almost did the wholebatch at one time but something told me not too. This time im shooting for 100mg at 100ml.
