Workout Log w/MC IGF...4 week shred plan

Hey guys figured I'd start a log with some progress updates etc.. Been doing a pretty heavy cut starting about 2 weeks ago when I first started MC's IGF. I was at 230 and now down to 213 with a goal of 200. I'll list the basics but if there's anything specific anyone's interested in just throw it out there
 
I also wanted to make a note that some of that weight was obviously water retention since when I got my labs back my estro was 209 but then again Tren can give false positives on estro tests
 
damn bro, you lost 17lbs already? in 2 weeks? Thats pretty awesome brutha!

Maybe you can list what doses your running the MC IGF-1 so everyone knows.

Did you take before pictures ? just curious if you planned on posting before and after photos when your finished
 
Damn that's a lot. Did you cut out dairy or something like that totally. I don't eat a ton of dairy, but when I completely cut it out I drop a good bit of weight quick. The awesome part of IGF is how it seems to make your body shift tremendously toward fat while sparring muscle. Even without changes in diet in my experience

Yea I have photos and will update with one each week. This drop in weight was significantly due to water retention IMO and cleaning up the carbs.

Yes absolutely no dairy and with my protein shakes I use unsweetened almond milk as a base
 
Supplement regimen was also adjusted today as well:

Test P 150wk
Mast P 150wk
Tren Blend (all 4) 750 wk
Adex 1mg 3x week
Caber 2mg week
IGF 200mcg ed
GH 5iu ed
Synthetine 3ml ed
Syntheselen 3ml ed
Synthergine 4ml ed

Workouts consist of 2 a day split AM and PM. Today was legs, so hamstrings and calves were done in the morning along with quads and calves done at night. Also abs are usually done each workout. I will post up my nutrition log tomorrow as well as I'm beat from the day and out of energy haha. Anyways hope you guys enjoy the read and as always appreciate the continued support
 
It's not bad at all and also get a little vitamin E in there from the almonds plus I think they fortify it with calcium. I'd recommend just getting the original version by silk. I only use the unsweetened one before I bridge over to just shakes with water
 
Yea that's half my workout! Just making a shake and crushing the almonds until it turns to milk. Some hardcore shit right there but builds up the forearms and grip strength.

lmao, lemme tell ya, if i seen a guy do that shit, i would run the other way lmao
