Training days in a row

How many days in a row can you guys train straight? I used to be a one off one on type. That was it. After my forced layoff my diet and sleep are much better and two on one off is fine. I'm considering going today (days off are few and far between) but it would be three days in a row. What are your thoughts?

for me its optimum to take off Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.

I'm trying to figure out if I need more days off also. My days off are calf/forearm day. So basically.... I don't take any. But any muscles I work get 3-4 days off you know. I definitely need to switch my routine up. Not sore enough. As soon as my aquaplex comes in I'm gonna go heavy as fuck. Like 8 sets of 3 heavy or 5 sets of 5.:bench:

I just go by waht my body says if i feel good and got the energy and drive i say kill it. I think you just have nto learn your body and waht it likes. Also whether I am on gear or not makes a difference

I lift Monday-Friday and take weekends off. I do one body part a day and do legs on Wednesday to split up the upper body. Sometimes I will hit legs again on Saturday.

I have a wacky work schedule. I work 12 hour days, and work is an hour away, plus 15 minutes on each end of the day in the locker room at work. So work is a 15 or so hour ordeal. Consequently, I only train on my days off. Out of every 14 calendar day, I work 7 (5 on, 2 off, 2 on, then 5 off. Then switch to nights and repeat). So I get lots of "off" (from the gym) days in a row. My body seems to like it. I gained 30 lbs, natural, in a year and a half and still growing!

I use to 4 split now i go 5 straight some times 6 but if my body tell i need rest i take it. Just listen to ur body everyone is different.
