AI and SERMS

Is there a chart or a link to tell us what AI/SERMS needed for what enhancer and dosages needed.

Theirs a ton of info and charts on it in articles forum

Estradiol varies from person to person brother. There is no linear relationship even in the same person for how much ai you need. Bloodwork is the only thing that will tell you.

you have to manually search through the articles. I usually just put a word in (pct) the find tab "edit - find on this page" upper left corner. Then just keep hitting next. Then go manually through every page of the articles section. If you are doing test all you need is maybe .25 adex eod or e3d during the cycle if you are bloating. Then normal pct protocol. Hcg, clomid or nolvadex or both.
