I'm The New Guy
Looking for a new home and community.
Been scoping other sites and forums and seem a bit fake if that makes sense.
New area for me cause of work so new gym, local powerhouse.
Mid day 2-4pm for my lifts and its usually dead with a fill of a few older older people.
6ft 198ib. Hemophiliac and a little over a year ago had three spinal fractures and loss most
of my gains and athletic ability from being nearly paralyzed and recovery.
Almost back to normal after a huge depression and addiction to norcos thru those times.
So if anyone needs help concerning those topics I'm more than available for discussion.

I always have water around.
Eat really basic meals try to stay away from gluten and processed foods best I can.
I enjoy doing crafts with my fiance'
work - P/t at GNC and do side jobs with multiple companies.
Pictures consist of a normal meal :Chicken,beef,egg mix with rice every morning.
Flushing over 100 recalled lite shakes.
tearing a barn down and watching espn while stenciling a craft.
Also will snap that ass in half playing Madden. haha
