Different times more annoying people.

So I've been going around different times to the gym now instead of going around 4am. I like getting a few meals in me before lifting since I'm lifting heavy now. But I've been noticing alot more annoying shit. Like the guy slamming the 20lb weights down on the cable machine which he can't hear cause he's got his headphones in. The 4 guys that take half the dumbells and rotate using one chair. Or they take the dumbells over to the cable area in the other room and use half the dumbells and two cable machines. Then there is the guy chalking up on the barbell bench using I shit you not 95lbs. 2 25s on the 45lb bar. Just a few off the top of my head. I'm sure I will see more very soon. :angry:
 
LOL I would seriously die laughing if i saw some body chalking up for a 95lbs bench press!! Get some gardening gloves while your at it... lol

yeah that slamming the cable weights down pisses me the fuck off, my wife was on the lat pull down once while some kid was dropping the weight stack next her super loud and heavy, so when my wife gave me that look that she often does when she wants me to handle someone lol , i waited for him to do it again then asked him if he knew their was lady lifting next to him, and he was kind enough to stop, i wasn't too much of a dick and he knew he was being a dick, so all you do is embarrass them nicely and they usually stop, and if they don't you follow them over to the water fountain or locker room and have a talk with them, works every time!

I did that once. Young guy rolled a #130 db about 100 feet to the dip bar to do weighted dips and fucking left it there. I followed him to the drinking fountain and told him his set isn't over if you can't put your weights away. Next thing you hear is a db being rolled.

I've got a couple friends into the cross-fit thing, they've been doing it for about a year. And they still look exactly the same, LIKE SHIT! I went to one of the classes once just for kicks. And what a joke! I cannot see one making any substantial gains from these classes, granted I sweat my ass off.. HOWEVER I probably burned more muscle than fat by the end of that shit... it all was just intense and dangerous with no rest I felt like I was going to pull a muscle in my bum elbow and I did.. (that was the second time) first time though I blew chunks! hahaha

Me? I prefer to "chase the pump" not drive it off with rigorous torture:sick:
 
There's annoying people everywhere, every hour of the day. It's a matter of finding the time with the least amount of annoying shit going on. I think the worst time would be around 3 when the high school kids get out school and fill the gym up with stupid antics
