Alright fellas Im just going to come right out and ask.
Any advice on getting rid of stubborn water weight without cutting down on my water intake.
My diets good and my fat levels are low. My boy checked me today and said Im carrying water weight and I cant seem to shake it for some damn reason..so any advice on supplementation that I can do to decrease it?
Im asking because as I age I noticed its more difficult naturally..so just asking what some of you may use.

you can hydrate yourself well and stay lean, sounds like you need to adjust your sodium content bro! there could be a dozen reasons why your holding water subq , and no you don't wanna cut water, just control your sodium intake where the water stays in the muscle and doesn't spill over subq . It could be ur sodium (food drink), your gear, so its really really hard to say without knowing everything ur doing

Thanks Presser,

Ok sodium is way low on intake. Carbs are moderate and divided morning/ afternoon and small portion pre-workout.
Supplements: Creatine (I think this may be the cause, but need to lubricant in my joints for heavy lifting days) PH's-Dienolone acetate, Halo extreme stack, Syntha-6, Maxpro Protein, L-glutamine, Beta analine, ECA stack, Leucine, Mens health GNC Sport Vitamins..
I eat clean as hell @ 7000 calories a day in 8 divided meals, Im cutting its the lower abs and love handle area just outside and above the pelvic hip.

So my solution is:
Drink lots of cranberry juice. It is a natural diuretic that boosts kidney function and promotes a healthy excretory system.
possibly remove the creatine from my mix
anything else?

Stats as of yesterday:
6'0
251
bf 9.2%
Age between 35 and 42 lol

How do you know you're holding water? Could it be that you just don't like your bf? Have you had resent blood work to confirm your kidneys are working well?

Sorry if these are basic questions. You seem like you know what you are doing, but I've never thought man I'm holding too much water (so much to the point that it bothered me).

Yes milk thistle is a minor one and my liver works great..I don't drink or do a lot or orals. Doc checked me out with flying colors

As for the thought of holding BF and being self conscious..probably. I don't have a lot of BF but I think I hate wheres its being stored and I still have a slight puffy look. Could be estrogen, water, sodium..or something else.

Age..well between that age nothing will really make a difference..but Im 39.

I used vitamin c, caffeine and vitamin b6 or 12 (sorry can't remember) as a natural diuretic before my last show and it worked well. I had never heard of this combo before, but someone mentioned it to me and I gave it a try with good results.
