Quick and easy breakfast:

Saute (spelling?) Mushrooms in a little olive oil until browned.

Toss in 2 tablespoons of Chachie's Hot Salsa (or whatever salsa you like, I guess - this stuff is pretty good) and let that cook some of the water off.

Scramble an egg with a half cup of egg whites

Pour in the scrabled eggs and cook until done.
Nice, hot breakfast in less than 10 minutes, and a lot less boring than plain scrambled eggs.
