</figure>So you think anyone can succeed in bodybuilding !??

Sorry but i have to tell you it´s patently untrue and the reason most people believe it is because they either think it doesn’t require any skills , or because they think it’s just a matter of steroids. In fact, to be one of the top bodybuilders you need a lot of natural skill and dedication for the sport.
The successful bodybuilders actually need to be at least quite intelligent to succeed; as it requires a complex understanding of human biology, anatomy, chemistry and dietetics to succeed.

You can be successful without the right genes sure, but to win Mr Olympia you’re going to need to be high in testosterone and prone to building muscle even before you begin.
Ectomorphs don’t win Mr Olympia these days and most people simply don’t have the genes to achieve that kind of physique.

I'm curious who the last ectomorph was to win the Olympia. Supposedly arnold was considered all 3 types being about 6 foot 2 or something with wide shoulders and long arms. Maybe Frank Zane??? No I just looked him up and he was 5 foot 9. Not to many to choose from there have only been like 13 or 14 ever.

Ya Rays I can't think of any ecto's that one the Mr. Olympia either. There are plenty of successful BB that are ecto, but they just cant reach the Mr. Olympia status. I consider myself half n half, ecto/meso, so I have a chance. :bber:

I'd think Frank Zane. I can tell you that looking at someone that is untrained won't give any insight as to their potential. Look at Levrone, Flex Wheeler, Jean Pierre Fux and numerous others. Even Paul Dillet turned into a skinny lanky guy.
