Directions: As a dietary supplement take 1 1/2mL dose daily. For best results apply directly under the tongue or Mix 1/2mL (1/2 Dropper) in 1/2mL (1/2 Dropper) of juice and place under the tongue for 10 - 15 seconds. Because of the alcohol base it will burn therefore if needed use 1/2ml of juice to mix, but apply directly under the tongue. Use 20 minute before training and ONLY ON TRAINING DAYS. Proper cycle support and follow up PCT is required. .
