Need suggestions for my next cycle for bulking

Previous Cycle experience, Age, Stats, etc... You know the drill......Also, whats your training split and what are your goals buddy??
 
what's your current stats and age......are you looking to bulk or blow the fuck up? are you bulking to bulk or prepping for a show down the line?
 
Age: 36 5'10 current wt: 204 bf 13%
5day on 2 off push/pull but I do 2 leg workouts in the nite so I get 7 sessions in a wk. Stop doing cardio
My first cycle 500mg wk test and 50mg ed Proviron in which and am three wks in. I am just trying to figure my next cycle to make sure I have everything I need on deck . Am on a bulking mission I don't care if I gain a lil fat
 
if I were you I would do the classic stack-test, deca, dbol...if the proviron works for you leave it in there

test-750mg/week
deca-400-500mg/week
dbol-50mg/day

run anti-E from the MC store and keep some nolva bloat on hand just in case

I'd have to agree with Dorian here. Sounds good to me and is the next logical step in the Progression of things. And, I love Proviron as everyone here knows all too well. So, keep it in for sure. But, you should concentrate on your current run. Make sure your eating them calories and getting plenty of rest. This cycle will be one of if not the best you'll have as far as big gains. So, keep at it buddy. Looking ahead is natural though. I'm with ya.....
 
Gonna give this a go in the fall I do believe. What kind of dosages are you liking on each?


M-W-F injections.

300 test c
300 npp
500 eq

Typically if I was off for a while i'll be around 205 and by week 8 I'll be 230. i usually start out with just the test and NPP. Then at about week 5 i add i the EQ and I jump up 5-8 lbs from there. I know I know the bro logic says impossible but it works for me. Then I take a quick breal or cruise on TRT dose and then hit drier stuff and clean up diet.

If you have some gear in place the major factors are diet and training really. The cleaner i eat the better but to put on good weight you have to eat a lot. If not gaining then eat more but clean. a lot of it has to do with finding the foods your body thrives on. For me I could list them, not that I stick to them year around but when iu get focused they are the ones I use. It's not rocket science. Usually it's the same damn foods for most.

Protien
Turkey burger
chicken breasts
chicke tighs
Tilapia
ON whey
swiss cheese

Carbs
Basmati rice
sweet potato

fat
from meats and olive oil
omega 3 supplement

veggies
spinach
peas
broccoli

fruit
apple
bannana

Manipiulate carbs and fats to find your best balance. I am best balancing from a liottle watery from to much carbs to dry and a little flat from not enough carbs. To lean out you drop carbs in cycle and also cycle fats down and up never depleating for more than a few days when adding mass. Just use the manipulations to stay in the anabolic zone. To much and get watery and gaining doesn't sem to wrk near aas well. stay between a little watery and dry/ slight depleated and everything works better. Just how it works for me.

Training:

best thing is to have a training partner that is a little mental. Training intensity makes a huge difference.

I think of gaining as something that has to pas through a door. PEDs open the door wider. The door only goes so wide. imagine now people going through the door. If the door is only open a little it's difficult to get a person through. if wider lots of people can walk though without resistance. Now think of trianing and clean food to be the number of people that approach the door. If the door is 1/2 closed some of the people turn away and go through the fat door. If the door is open wide then lots of people can go through compared to the 1/2 open door. If you eat and train right and open the door wide then more people pass through the door. If you try to open the door to wide the doorjamb breaks and the door collapse and not to many can get through.

So bottom line is
1. train hard and
2. eat clean and enough
3. take enough PEDs to open the door wide
4. but not so much you break the door jam

and you will gain.

you can bulk with this cycle while losing body fat! only cycle i know for a fact that can change your body in weeks and do what your asking bro in gaining weight and losing fat!

Hands down this is the best cycle i have ever done! and I've done a lot of shit! lol
