Silk has been cleaning up her diet and doing cardio with me now that our schedules are nearly identical. Also since our interests are identical the conversation usually goes something like this...
Me "I want to get some new stuff and I want to use more IGF"
Silk "well we're on a budget.... Uuummm... what will I get?"
Me "well you can get X and you can use more IGF too"
Silk "Ok, just send me a text with what you spend"
LOL... Yep. Pretty cool.
Anyway so Silk has been doing 50mg of Primo and 75mg of Deca a week. She just added in about 15mg of Anavar a day. IGF is anywhere from 60-80mcg preworkout. I think the pics speak for the results. I'm very proud of her



 
Shes looking good. Cant wait to see her after a couple weeks of cardio/clean eating

As far as a couple more weeks of cardio/clean eating, not gonna happen! Lol...we're going camping in a week and my diet will consist of vodka and s'mores!! Yummm : )
I'll be back to my normal gym/diet once the vaca is over.
 
Thanks to everyone! The Dude's been a huge motivator for me and I enjoy training with him so I'd say I'm pretty lucky. He also cooks me dinner every night!! He's the best! Lol
 
The Dude, Silk and I have a mutual friend who is like 6'5" and 260-270 pounds. Pretty big guy all around. Well we all happened to be in the same picture the other night and Silk made him look small. Silk is jacked... You know, for a girl. :)
 
I envy y'alls relationship.. gotta find me a nice committed girl, in and out of the gym! Props on y'alls dedication.

Lookin Great Silk!! Nice to have that connection in amd out of the gym. Its rare Dude. Hold on to that....

Thanks guys. She's a bad ass chick. She's got great drive in the gym. I usually have to tell her to lighten up on the weight. She loves to train heavy.
She motivates the hell out of me. You know what goes through your head when you see the hot chick with the nerdy guy?? I don't ever want to be that guy Lol

You need to shock you diet sometimes lol (the smores and vodka) I had to laugh when I saw you pic. My gym has
a lot of younger guys just comming in. (summer) half are decent and the other half are idiots with attitude (knowing
most wont last a month keeps me patient with them) If you walked thru my gym after a arm workout I can picture
the looks on these kids faces, looking at yours, then their arms. lol they would probaly quit right there.

close was a pro basketballer that I briefly dated. She wanted to talk about everything BUT gym lol.
She was JACKED tho, in a good way haha.

Anyway just wanted to say I am very envious of the relationship you 2 share. Best wishes!
