What's your PCT Training look like?

Just wanted to see how everyone trains during PCT. Do you keep it the same or really do things different.

I tend to bring the volume down a lot. Usually I work out 4 to 5 days a week for an hour n a half on average. During PCT I tend to fall back to more of a maintenance stage. 2-4 times a week for 30-40 minutes. I tend to group more muscles together during this time as well so that everything gets hit once a week.

i just lower weight and add reps, but try to get to gym the same days as when i was ON! However I'm always on, so i forget most of what i did while pct lol,
 
just started PCT today. Doing something different than most. Grapple 2x a week and weights 2x a week. PCT drugs = clomid, hCG and GHRP-2
 
when u guys say criuse what dosage do you cruise at I am thinking of 125mg test e I know sum guys in there 50's thats what their docs put them on. Dont think I am ready to go cold turkey yet LOL. aND WHEN i BLAST NEXT TIME GOING UP TOO 750 MG SO FAR 500 MG IS HIGH AS I HAVE BEEN
 
cruise is like 200-250mg a week for most guys who do this method of blast cruise
