Where is your go to spot or favorite. Mine use to be glutes now it is definitely Lats! I get very little pip and find it easy to pin there. I do rotate about 10 spots but when it's Lats day I'm a little more excited about pinning that day. Quads I like to because you can sit down and relax.

How and where in the lats? Do you pin yourself?

I pin myself. I hug myself with one arm. Then I have two veins going through the lat I can see so I pin I between them, above or below them. Piece of cake. My Lats do stick out a bit so that probably helps.

never done my lats, my fav is glutes, cause my girlfriend will do them for me, and my shoulders next minus the fact that my fingers are retarded when I do them and its hard for me to aspirate with one hand. I'm gonna have her do the plunger on those and ill just hold it steady. I am not afraid of needles at all just hate pinning myself lol.

Ive been doing glutes for so long and have got hard lumps on both sides, I may need to have them drained.
