Need Diet help!

Brothers! I'm seriously struggling with my diet. I'm on a 8 week Winny and Test Prop cycle with GH. I'm getting the lean gains but my diet is far from it.
I get so hungry fast and crave Carbs, often times I have binged but on cakes and ice creams.
Daily I eat eggs, chicken breast or thighs, raw broccoli and spinach. But in the evenings I crave Carbs. I fight for days but then I give in. I can't f...ing stand it!
I take Chromium Piccolinate and Potassium among other Supps to try and curb the cravings but nothing. I CAN'T. I'M DESPERATE.

Guys PLEASE HELP! I'M VERY SERIOUS

I'M no where near I need to be and it's frustrating me.
 
I don't have any of the junk food in my house so I snack on almonds and peanut butter. you just have to substitute the junk with better foods. you have to decide if you wanna be ripped or just another JOE.EAT COMPLEX CARBS BEFORE AND AFTER WO. ALSO CAN ADD SOME FAST ACTING PRE WO
 
Thanks CRASH! I have NO junk foods at home. But I go, get them and finish right away. It's killing me.
When you say complex carbs pre workout, what do you suggest? Please keep in mind I'm an ENDO Type.
 
I have the same problem bro, I have a huge FAT sweet tooth, sometimes at night I want to eat a whole tub of ice cream, and I have done it before haha. Its all about will power and keeping yourself someone curbed of hunger at all times. Keep something going into your body and if you keep it all healthy then I don't crave it as much.

My main motivation is Saturday night I do a cheat session ha, I give myself the option to eat whatever I want from like 6p.m. to 11pm before bed, the next day my body sheds the water most times and I feel fine. Sometimes i feel kinda crappy but im back lower in weight then I was previously. One small cheat meal wont work for me, I am too fat at heart and love food too much. This works great for me. My biggest issue is my girlfriend is always trying to get me to go eat with family etc, and its always at the worst times when im trying to really focus on my dieting.

I am mainly Endo, spilling into the meso category I believe. Try this out bro, used to help me a lot, if you have a local asian market in the area go look for some Shirataki Noodles. They are not great but don't taste bad once you mix them with some dishes, trial and error. Also they will have most likely some Vermicelli, some types of vermicelli are high in carbs and calories, they do have other kinds however that are like 20 calories per serving. They do not fill you up long, but it kinda tricks your mind into thinking your grubbing on some pasta etc. I used to make a lot of spaghetti with them and lean turkey or ground beef meatballs. Hits the spot pretty good while dieting, you get super full for a little bit and only like 3 or 4 carbs per pack. The Shirataki, are basically the same as miracle noodles, so you can probably find them on amazon or in your local place cheaper.

At certain times I get a sweet craving I down a couple Quest bars. Cookies n cream. Another thing u can do cause u mentioned u mow down some ice cream is get yourself a thing of Hagen Das vanilla yogurt and a box of double chocolate quest bars. Put one bar in the microwave on "soften"or "melt" for a minute. Put a scoop or two of vanilla yogurt on it and I swear it's better than a ice cream brownie. Another thing that helps me is eating 6 protein meals a day so you arnt as hungry. I also use MT2 peptide for tanning but it also has been known to suppress hunger in some and for me it does that very well. All in all you have to avoid carbs at night but you already know that. The quest bar has just 7grams of net carbs so i look at it as a pre bedtime protein shake with a cup of yogurt. Oh and I don't sell or work for quest, but I sure buy a ton of them!

Lol! Quest should sponsor you! Thanks a lot for that deelish tidbut, will give it a go for my next craving.
Right now when a craving arises, I use Peanut Butter and Chocolate Casein. I add water to get the right consistency and eat it like a pudding.
