Questions about clen

Hey. Abit of a noob to the Clen side of things and wanting to ask you a few questions.

I'm 18 Live in Sydney And i was wanting to hop on the EC stack for my cut/fat loss, but can not get ephedrine in Australia, So my alternative is clen.

Height 6"2
Weight 229lb/102kg
BF A rough guess at around 23% ish
Been lifting for about a year, only started tracking cals/macros in the last few months
My Current macros are 2000cals/day 200p/130c/55f Maybe I should up them maybe you can help me out with that!


So I'm wanting to start a clen cycle, I'll be doing the 2weeks on/ 2weeks off method, but since I can't get my hands on EC should i just stay clean of everything and just continue on with hard cardio / maybe drop cals during that off time?

another thing, I'll probably be buying Steroids Australia Clenbuterol by LA Pharma 20mcg x 200 tablets » Steroids Australia 80$ AUD for 200tabs, again im on the nooby side so is that a good deal? also should I be stacking the clen with another Supplement?

Also once I start hitting 5-6 dosages a day, should I start spreading them out during the day, e.g 2 morning 2 afternoon, and what is the latest time I should take a dose, So I can get to sleep etc

That's all I can think to ask off the top off my head right now, A reply would be much appreciated !! thanks

what are you cycling 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off with? I'm not following, your gonna cycle steroids , or are you talking about cycling clen or ECA stack like that??

I'll be cycling The clen 2weeks on, then 2 weeks off ( not sure ) That's why im asking cause I can't get acess to ECA stack. so I Guess i'll just be cycling steroids and having a 2week rest period?

oh ok, yeah cycling clen 2 weeks at a time is ok, i know some guys who've done so successfully
what do you think i should do with my macros to maximize results, and i'll be increasing my cardio to 45min-1 hour a day, + lifting and for my age do you think i should stop at a certain dosage for the day like 100mg?
 
Well everyone is different bro.. what works for you may not work for me.. but I'm gonna put it into percentages for you..

Find your maintenance calorie intake, Write it Down!!!

Now if you are wanting to be aggressive about losing wait drop it 25% if you want be more conservative drop it 15-20%

Ideally you would drop it 15% then in 2-3 weeks drop it 20% and then 2-3 weeks later 25%

So take your calories... Lets say it's 3000 cals to maintain with your workouts included take away 20% and you have 2400 as your calorie intake for workout days. I don't include cardio in my calculations but thats just me


so for 2400 calories I would aim for 40-50% protein.. 20-30% carbs and 20-30% healthy fats..

It's all about cals in vs. cals out but I find that weight comes off quicker for me like that stated above. With clen you could drop cals even lower as it will preserve muscle and harden you up. I hope this helps.

And what do you suggest, 2 weeks on clen 2 weeks off? If so should I just use a fat burner e.g optiburn in them 2 weeks? or just stay clean or does it not matter?

also do you advise taking the clen with anything e.g t3?

If it is your first time trying clen then just stick to it alone.T3 can be run along side clen and is a killer fat smack. I would say run the clen with ketotifen for 2 weeks to see how you like it and if you want too, then throw in T3. Look into purchasing some ketotifen. It will allow you to run clen longer without it down-regulating your beta 2 receptors.

If you decide to run t3 there is a whole bunch of conflicting opinions on how to dose it and how long. At this I suggest YOU do the research and come to your own decision on how to run it.

Damn, I 4got ketotifen when I ordered! :mad: Wanted it 4 ECA. T3 is normally used @ 12.5-25mcg higher could burn muscle & some claim it'll negate normal thyroid functions when u come off, but that's not 100% the case w/ everyone. There's a few articles I'll link ya when I get back on.
